Refund policy

If you are not satisfied with your products, please contact us at noni@lavami.ca, and we can sort it out. You must supply proof of purchase, or your online order number within 30 days of the purchase and we can issue an exchange or store credit. There must be 50% or more of the product left to qualify. Due to the nature of the products, there will be no refunds, except in rare cases like defect. There will be no refunds on shipping costs, and all exchanged and store-credit items will be exclusive of shipping.
