I actually did not order this shampoo bar, i ordered the Juicey Conditioner bar, and a different shampoo bar. When my order arrived (very quicky, might i add), i noticed i had 2 shampoo bars. I emailed Lavami in the evening, and when i woke up i had my conditioner bar already in the mail with a tracking number, and was told to keep the shampoo bar for my trouble. I really appreciated this level of customer care (thank god for small businesses), and the shampoo bar is amazing! I will definitely be ordering it for real in my rotations.
